The Pennsylvania Office of Vocational Rehabilitation, or OVR, provides vocational rehabilitation services to help persons with disabilities prepare for, obtain, or maintain employment. OVR provides services to eligible individuals with disabilities, both directly and through a network of approved vendors. Services are provided on an individualized basis.
The Provider Alliance is a not-for-profit association for organizations providing supports to people with intellectual disabilities and their families. TPA is committed to addressing organizational challenges more effectively and efficiently through collaborative efforts, information sharing and the constructive exchange of ideas. The member agencies provide services to persons with intellectual disabilities across Pennsylvania. TPA members have identified and prioritized areas for collaboration in an effort to increase the efficiency and cost-effectiveness of customer-focused service delivery.

PAR was incorporated in 1970 as a statewide, not-for-profit 501(c)(3) organization.
